The Study

A leading manufacturer with over 20 years of experience in Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP), which specializes in Energy (Oil & Gas & Power), Cooling towers, FPSO, petrochemical industries, and special application for the industrial markets and infrastructure facilities. They have enhanced their productivity with a total land area of 74,000 sq. feet with workshops which are equipped with the latest pultrusion technology and fabrication machinery. Their FRP system has been exported to the Asia countries and European Region. 

They serve the local and overseas markets with a capacity of 4,000 metric tons of finished products per year. With their good infrastructure, automated and environmentally friendly cutting and drilling process, our client realizes it is time to improvise and upgrade their production track & trace system to fulfill the production demands.

In route of achieving a better production execution flow, our team provided YNY GoDigital solution that allows real-time visibility to line progress, a barcoded tracking system, and a shipping note generator. A tracking will be recorded of products from raw materials, evaluate & analyze quality and plant resource utilization. Besides, the reporting service is also able to generate flexible reports for internal audit purposes. With Manufacturing Execution System (MES) solution, our client also realizes there are improved operational efficiencies by reducing production costs and losses with visibility into production execution.
