System Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and customize MES solutions to meet specific customer requirements.
  • Customize user interfaces, reports, and data visualizations to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Work closely with experts in the field to integrate MES solutions with existing manufacturing systems.
  • Gain hands-on experience in ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability between different systems.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of technical documentation and troubleshooting guides such as design calculations, technical reports, system architecture, process flow chart, operation manual and functional design specification.
  • Gain practical experience in developing test plans and conducting tests to ensure system functionality and performance.
  • Contribute to delivering high-quality MES solutions
  • Participate in the installation and deployment of MES software and hardware components.
  • Assist in providing training and support to end-users on MES system functionalities and features.
  • Collaborate with electrical engineers and vendors to ensure optimal panel design, component selection, and wiring.
  • Coordinate installation activities, including site visits, equipment positioning, and wiring connections.
  • Collaborate with the IT team to ensure system security and data integrity.

Key Requirements:

  • Degree / Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering/ Computer science / relevant engineering field.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and applying new technologies.
  • Knowledge of MES functionalities, work order management, and plant efficiency metrics such as OEE is a plus.
  • Knowledge of AVEVA Wonderware Products (Wonderware System Platform, InTouch, AVEVA EDGE, Historian) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with PLC, SCADA systems, and their integration with MES solutions is a plus.
  • Willing to travel when required to customer sites for system implementation and support.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and committed to meet project deadlines.

  • VB and scripting language experience
  • SQL and SSRS reporting service
  • Industrial protocol such as OPC server, Modbus…etc.

Cybersecurity Consultant

In today’s connected world, we believe it is essential to recruit a Cybersecurity Consultant to safeguard organization’s computer networks and systems. We are looking for someone who can carry out security measures to monitor and protect sensitive data and systems from infiltration and cyber-attacks.

You Will Fit Perfectly If You Can

  • Oversee and manage cybersecurity team and project activities
  • Provide advice, guidance, and risk mitigation solutions to a variety of stakeholders to drive the OT security strategy and implementation to mitigate security exposure
  • Author detailed technical proposal and reports to meet customer’s industrial cybersecurity requirements
  • Design, deploy, maintain and support ICS/OT cybersecurity technologies including firewalls, Intrusion Detection Systems, antivirus software, patch management, log management
  • Work closely with customers to ensure the agreed IT-OT security architecture, SLAs, KPIs, and expectations are met
  • Responsible for educating customers on cyber security through training and tabletop exercises
  • Assist customers to monitor their networks and systems for security breaches or intrusions
  • Research emerging threats and vulnerabilities and supports the creation of OT security strategy, roadmap, architecture, policies, standards, and best practices for customer
  • Participating in expert communities with OT cybersecurity professionals

We Would Appreciate It If You

  • Knowledgeable of cyber security risk management and security architecture and engineering domains
  • 3 years or greater experience in one or more international standards: NIST 800-82, IEC-62443 Standards, ISO 27001
  • Possess one or more professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, ISO 27001 LA/LI, ISA/IEC 62443, TOGAF, CCIE
  • Expertise in Offensive Security will be a bonus, but not necessary
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent
  • Present a good command of English
  • Have good analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Are result-driven, self-motivated, have a positive working attitude, and can work independently to achieve the target

Project Consultant

Project Consultant will work with Business Unit Manager to understanding new prospect needs and providing knowledge of best practice process and existing customer application. Lead and manage project team to implement the solution propose to clients. Implementation project by offering expertise, preparing report and communicate to relevant stakeholder.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Pre-sales and Consultant

  • To work with BU manager on new business leads, understanding new prospect needs and providing knowledge of best practice processes and existing customer industry application;
  • Carry out demonstrations via demo or at a client site with the ability to discuss functionality and flexibility of solutions;
  • Communicate with the team and customers clearly and logically, adjusting to the audience to enable effective communication at all levels. Listen effectively and respond appropriately. Maintain client confidentiality and discretion;
  • Taking lead in system implementation of Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) or Manufacturing Execution System (MES) or any Industry 4.0 solution system;
  • Understand the full capabilities of solution offerings and provide presales functional and solution support;
  • Document and translate the requirements of customers to functional and technical design documents;
  • Able to combine business knowledge with analytical thinking to recommend turnkey solutions to prospective customers;
  • Work with clients to assess their needs and requirements to determine the best approach;
  • Understand the customer market and business sector to provide appropriate advice. Agree the approach to be delivered and present the agreed plan and timescales with the client;
  • Help define maintenance framework for relevant industries so that best practice can be replicated;
  • Provide application support to customers in various industries;
  • To lead and guide junior engineers, directly or indirectly, to provide guidance, suggestion, coach, in issues related to project deliverable

Project Management

  • Direct and manage project development or service order from beginning to end with built in contingencies;
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders;
  • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents;
  • Effective communicate project/ customers’ expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion;
  • Ensure projects are completed within time, budget and constraint with minimal supervision;
  • Liaise with project stakeholders or any related parties on an ongoing basis;
  • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve the goals;
  • Manage, monitor and motivate the cross functional team assigned to the project/ service order;
  • Determine and assess need for additional staff and make appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle;
  • Build, develop and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project/ order;
  • Monitor progress to keep project/ service schedule on track

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS ROLE:

  • Take lead for a team for more than 3 years
  • Have related industry working experience as in Industry 4.0 or CMMS or MES products
  • Strong in communication skills and presentation skills
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Project Management (APM) is added advantage

EAM Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Attain expertise in EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) software solutions including installation, configuration, system integration, troubleshooting, testing, and liaising with technical and development team for more technically demanding requests.
  • Implementation of CMMS solution focusing on tracking, analyzing, and improving the manufacturing maintenance process.
  • Processing and analyzing records to ensure data accuracy, reviewing all data for adherence to asset hierarchy and identify errors prior to upload of data.
  • Designing and customizing reports and dashboards to meet user requirements and functional design specifications (FDS) using multiple reporting tools and SQL queries.
  • Working with clients to assess their needs, requirements, and issues in order to determine the best approach in their Asset Performance Management (APM) roadmap.
  • Providing support to clients with the ability to discuss functionality and flexibility of the proposed solutions.
  • Creating documentation, including project engineering notes, project proposals, project design traceability documentation, training material, case studies and more.
  • Managing project deliverables and routinely report progress.
  • Learning new technologies and demonstrating expertise in relevant areas, including solution related to Industry 4.0 and Asset Performance Management (APM)

Key Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master’s Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • Experience with database like MS SQL Server or MySQL is a value advantage.
  • Exposure to emerging technologies (e.g., IoT, IIoT, Cloud, etc.) and the application of these in the Manufacturing and Controls areas are a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively under tight schedule and under pressure.
