As they realize it is time to empower their team and operators to have complete visibility and control of asset management strategy in order to identify and resolve maintenance & operations problems effectively. SOLUTION

With Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS), our client is now enabled to manage and plan incoming task requests, as well as automatically generate work from preventive maintenance programs & corrective maintenance. The application is fully integrated to distributed control systems, to support the automated downloading of real-time operating statistics from the plant floor. 

Better planning and scheduling of maintenance activities increase the ease of our client’s maintenance engineers. With the system, they observed an increase in asset uptime, reduction of unplanned downtime, costs reduced, and increased efficiency in labor productivity which has reduced administrative workload and provided enhanced flexibility.
